After your first appointment: You’ll receive a clear, step-by-step plan with ongoing support, education, and accountability.

  • The initial appointment goes for 45-60minutes and is a thorough review of your signs & symptoms, after your appointment I will email through a PDF document outlining treatment goals, recommendations and supplements discussed.

  • The initial appointment is for children (0-12 years) and goes for 45-60minutes. It is a thorough review of your signs & symptoms, after your appointment I will email through a PDF document outlining treatment goals, recommendations and supplements discussed.

  • Your follow up consultations are about understanding you and your unique health status and how you have responded to your treatment plan and any new arising symptoms or concerns you may have. This consultation is 30-45minutes.

  • This is for returning clients with new pathology to review: blood tests or functional tests. The appointment runs for 45-60min factoring in time for review and the analysis of your results prior to your consultation.

  • This consultation is a phone consult to assess what herbal and nutritional supplements would suit you best to get you on your way to recovery sooner rather than later! For liquid herbal prescribing recommendations, anything long-term or any further additional health concerns will require an initial consultation.

  • A starting point for couples who are ready to understand where their body is at, their hormones and how they influence the journey that is trying for a baby!

    • Female Test Referral: Blood Test (Full Hormone Panel, Thyroid Panel, Insulin)
    • Mens Test Referral: Sperm Analysis + Testosterone Testing
    • 1 x Initial Couples 90min Consultation
    • 1 x Test Report 60min Consultation
    • 1 x Treatment Plan Each based on Results

    NOTE: This is an optional package , those who are booking for fertility are welcome to book a regular initial appointment.

  • Yes! If your health fund package currently covers you for nutrition health claims then I can provide you with an invoice & my provider number to ensure you get some money back via your health fund.

    As with your supplements these will become accessible to you via a supplier portal for easy online ordering post-consultation.

  • Yes. I’m very happy to collaborate with your existing healthcare team, including sharing reports and letters, so your care feels cohesive and supported.

  • No testing isn’t mandatory. We can start with symptoms and history.

    Targeted testing personalises your plan but if not in budget or you're not ready for that step right now, it’s completely optional and budget-flexible!
